In my opinion, there is no better network of committed criminal defence lawyers in Europe who cooperate in cross-border extradition proceedings.
The conference of the European Criminal Bar Association in Nice on 05./0 6. October 2018 with defence lawyers from all over Europe (from left to right Dr. Martin Rademacher, Vladimir Hrle / Belgrade, Miroslav Krutina / Praha, Rebecca Niblock / London) discussed current standards of international extradition law. The panel discussion highlighted the enormous potential of cooperation between European defence lawyers in extradition law.
Hans van de Wal (Antwerp) again proved an excellent overview on the law of extradition.
